About the Lens Rental Process
PLACING AN ORDER
1. Choose category (Canon or Nikon) and find items you want.
2. Add to cart for 3 days, 1, 2 or 3 weeks. If you are interested in more then one item - repeat the process.
3. Review the Shopping Cart, check shipping rate by inputting zip code and click "Checkout". Please note: shipping reflects a total roundtrip dollar amount.
4. Enter email / password if you are returning customer. New customers - enter email and password to create an account.
Fill out the billing/shipping information and choose the shipping type (USPS Priority, Express or Local Pickup).
Add or decline the Damage Waiver, enter credit card number and expiration date.
Review order, Read & Accept Rental agreement, type in any comments or special instructions and click "Submit".
ORDER PROCESSING
After order is placed we review details, verify it. When order is accepted we ship it via USPS. Most orders placed by noon Eastern Time shipped the same day.
Local customers will be contacted at this stage to schedule the pickup.
THEN
We email you tracking information.
Package is delivered to you by USPS carrier. All packages require the signature. If you missed delivery - please pick up the package at the USPS location indicated on salmon-colored "Sorry, We Missed You" card.
After 3,7,14 or 21 days pack the item the same way it came to you. Place the box into plastic bag with attached prepaid return label on it (you get it along with your order), tightly seal and drop it off at your local USPS office.
When we receive the package - we inspect the item and, if there is no signs of damage, we email you the confirmation that order is received, inspected and closed. This last email will have a link to our page at Reseller Ratings, so, please leave your feedback - it will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
